Pine Simple Syrup

Ingredients

• 1 cup water
• 1 cup sugar
• ¼ cup fresh pine tips

Method

1. Make a 1:1 syrup with the water and sugar.
2. Off heat, add the pine tips; steep 20 minutes, then strain.

Use pesticide-free pine tips only.
