Grapefruit Syrup

Ingredients

• 1 cup grapefruit juice
• Zest of 1 grapefruit
• 1 cup sugar

Method

1. Warm the juice, zest and sugar gently — do not boil.
2. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
3. Strain and cool.
