Orange Zest Espresso

Ingredients

• 2 oz espresso
• 4 oz whole milk
• 1 oz cream
• ½ oz vanilla syrup
• Orange zest
• Cinnamon, to dust
• Ice

Method

1. Build the milk, cream, vanilla and espresso over ice.
2. Microplane orange zest over the top and dust with cinnamon.
