Chocolate Cherry Cortado

Ingredients

• 2 oz espresso
• 2 oz steamed milk
• 2 dashes chocolate bitters
• 1 Luxardo cherry

Method

1. Pull the espresso and add the chocolate bitters.
2. Pour the steamed milk 1:1.
3. Drop in a Luxardo cherry.
